Vishal For better education

Meet Vishal

Candidate for Forsyth County Board of Education, District 5

Vishal Srivastava is a long-time Forsyth County resident, a dedicated community leader, and a 25-year veteran of the data and analytics industry. As a parent, executive, and neighbor, Vishal is running for the Board of Education to ensure our schools don’t just maintain their excellent standards, but evolve to meet the future.

My Vision for Forsyth County Schools, Don’t lower the bar for anyone; build better ladders for everyone.

“Every generation has a core responsibility: to leave the world a better place for the generations that follow.”

Like so many families of his generation, Vishal and his wife moved to Forsyth County specifically for the exceptional reputation of its public schools. After seeing his own children thrive in the system, Vishal views his candidacy as a natural transition.

“For years, we have been grateful consumers of a school system that gave our children an incredible foundation. Now, it is our responsibility to step up as stewards of it.”

For Vishal, serving on the school board is about far more than representation—it is about responsibility. His goal is to bring his deep professional expertise in technology, data, and analytics to the board, helping to transition Forsyth County Schools from the best in Georgia to a global benchmark for educational excellence.
